funds that invest exclusively in residential projects of limited scope and time, with an emphasis on land development activities. This structure allows the potential for very high yields from these investments without the extended illiquidity usually associated with this activity.
An investment fund is established to invest in a portfolio of communities to
be developed by the firm's developer-partners or builders, each of whom is an experienced
development professional in their local housing market.
Usually a large regional or national homebuilder has contracted to purchase
finished lots in each of our projects before development work is begun. The
