Chesapeake Capital Partners has raised TEN private equity-funds since 1997 and has invested the capital in these funds in residential real estate development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Our investments have helped capitalize more than 90 communities containing over 13,000 finished home sites.

Each Fund is invested in a portfolio of residential communities with an average project life of three to four years, including development time and sellout. The projects in each fund are geographically diverse so that we are better able to withstand market fluctuations in one or two local markets during the life of that fund.
